Mikla Reservation Rules
Your reservations will be notified to you via email. In case you cannot make it to your reservation, you should cancel it as soon as possible (unless otherwise agreed, as part of the cancellation conditions, at least 8 hours before the reservation)
If 30 minutes have passed since the reservation time and you have not arrived at the restaurant, your reservation will be cancelled. Please call if you do not wish your reservation to be cancelled despite meeting the cancellation conditions.
You can directly call the restaurant to cancel your reservation. Without prejudice to Mikla's other rights, if a customer fails to show up without cancelling the reservation, Mikla reserves the right to disable the reservation function and/or cease providing its services.
If you have any intolerances, allergies, or dietary restrictions, please specify in the relevant note section before completing your reservation.
